I downloaded the app and it said this location was open at 6am. I placed a order and it went thru only for me to show up around... 6:30-6:40 am and there were no lights on. I pulled around to try and ask how to cancel my order when I read a sign saying theyhad temporarily changed their hours to opening at 8am. The first lady I tried to talk to seemed confused. She then went to getanother lady who I assumed to be a manager and she came with an attitude like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed anddidn?t want to be working. She kept telling me to leave and that they didn?t open till 8am. All I wanted was information on howto cancel my mobile order that the McDonald?s app let me order. If they change their hours they should also update the app. Alsothe workers attitude towards guest were terrible. This used to be my favorite location. Read more
I went to the McDonald's located at 2130 S. Reynolds Rd. I ordered two fillet-o-fish sandwiches on 10/31/22 at 3:16 pm. ... There is no dine in, I ordered at the drive through line. The sandwich buns were so dried out I could tap my finger on themand actually hear the tap. The fish looked liked it had been overcooked, however I think it was just because it had sat toolong. I will never go to this location again, nor would I recommend anyone else go there. Read more

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE LADIES THAT WORKED THE LUNCH RUSH TODAY!!!! Me and my coworkers ordered 17 adult happy meals today!!! We... walked in and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU had a smile on your face and ROCKED IT ALL OUT!!!! During the daytime, you know, when worm is working, this place is awesome. The food is fresh and fast And everyone is so nice... and helpful. During the night time, you know, when worm is not working, I wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes just to get coldfood and rude and/or stoned employees. I just left this McDonald?s and went through the drive-through. I order 2 mchickens, double cheeseburger, and ice cream. This is... the First time in a long time I received AMAZING customer service. The manager who was working was great. The guy taking orderswas kinda new you could tell, but did a great job and very polite. They also had ICE CREAM ????.
