This place is horrible. When I was ordering I kept having to repeat myself because there was so much yelling in the background... inside and the girl couldn?t hear me. When I pull up to the first window the girl just stared at me for a good 5 seconds blanklyand said ?I don?t know what your order is? so I had to repeat it.. Then when I get to the second window again I have to repeatmy order because the girl didn?t know what to give me. She handed me my bag finally and says ?have a good day?. I replied to her?I had a sweet tea also? and she snapped back at me ?I KNOW I GOTTA GO GET IT? and closed the window on me. I?ll be sure neverto come to this trashy location again. Read more
Food was good. It was in the hood in a scary place. The cashier who worked the back window didn?t greet me she just told me my... total and closed the window then handed me back my card. She also charged me for an extra sandwich that I didn?t order. I had togo inside and get a refund. Manager was really nice and cool though. Read more
This was a Laurel and Hardy situation, I had to give my order six times to three different servers. They could not understand... what I was saying a requested I come to first window. There were two cashier's there who again I had to repeat my order for thethird time and then again a fourth time. They had issues processing my payment even though it is attached to the app I gavethem. Once that was finish I pulled up to collect my food to again repeat what I order. I was given a bag I checked and wasmissing a large fries. I informed them of missing fries to then tell them again what I order. Someone, I believe was themanager requested receipt to tell me that I only order one large fries. I informed her that she needed to speak with her staffas I gave them my order over five times and if they cannot get it correct that on them at this time she close the window aftersaying she will give it to me this time, like she was doing me a favor. My suggestion is to train staff better and if managementdon't like the job they are working, they need to find another job!!!! Read more

My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience here. We decided we wanted to eat out, so we went to this location. Upon walking up... to the doors we seen signs saying that the lobby was open from 8-9 AM until 6 pm. Okay cool, we tried to open the door but thedoors were locked. At that moment another couple walks up wanting to get in as well. We knocked on the window waiting for someone to let us in. I was thinking that maybe they simply forgot to unlock the doors. Finally after a few minutes, the managerwalk up to the door, slightly opens it and says "What do y'all want?!"...my boyfriend walks up to the door so he could hear herbetter and she gives him the Dir test look and tells him not to touch the door and to get his hands off the door. I almost lostit. I will not be returning to this location. They need to do a better job hiring people. I could do a better job as managerthan that lady does. The staff is lazy, rude, and unfit to work in fast food establishment. Read more
I used the McDonald's app to order & selected pick up at 1727 Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio. When I arrived I clicked on I'm Here.... The app gave me an order number & I went to the door (which was locked). I pressed the doorbell button a couple of times &checked another door (also locked). I wasn't going to wait in the drive thru line (about 8 vehicles long) so I left. Read more
I went through the drive-thru, and was in and out in no time. The service was fast and friendly. The lady expediting the orders... was great. She explained why my order was taking a little bit longer than usual, instead of just leaving me hanging there,wondering what was going on. I will definitely return here, for the service alone.
