Called for curbside take away. On hold for 20 minutes, while on hold I placed a call from my house phone. Whoever answered... transfered me to take away. So I hung up the house phone and drove there. I was 2 minutes away and the worker answered and hungup. So I went in, sat at a table and placed my order, and waited. My wings was brought to me by the dishwasher. I ate some ofmy bread then asked for a to go box. Got halfway home, no mashed potatoes. Called the manager and she gave me a free side orderof 6 asparagus. That was a lovely "Compensation " for all my inconveniences. My money is not short staffed and I'm sorry thatyou are. But customer service socks when "The Staff" cuts corners! Read more
I did have to send my plate back. Chicken was BURNT !! But the manager made sure my replacement chicken was not burnt. Manager... and waitress was extremely nice. Usually when I go out with a certain person he always orders water with lemon on the bottom andthen pour the water most of the time most waitresses at restaurants look at him crazy or turn their nose up BUT this was theonly waitress I've ever came across that was happily willing to do what he ask them to do without a complaint a littleremark or a funny face any sort. Short wait to be seated. No issues, salmon was cooked perfectly. Always get the bloomin onion and it didn't disappoint.

Love this location and all of the staff! It?s nice to come to a place where you?re actually remembered and treated with kindness... and professionalism each and every visit! James, Samantha and Mel are our favorites. We try to make it a regular stop at least acouple times a week. Only thing we miss is the old chicken tenders ???????? but the filet is always great!! Had a great meal! Service was great! Not very busy due to staff shortage. Food was excellent! The new Three Cheese Steak Dip... was delicious! Alice springs chicken was fabulous as usual.
