Busy, fun place. Clean. Coffee is generally available in all flavors, in contrast with many Panera restaurants where at least... one of the coffee containers is empty much of the time, and sometimes more than one. The Panera also has a rather nice outsideseating area where you can sit in the sun and enjoy your coffee. Read more
I was sick for the past 3 days, unable to eat anything. Today I was finally able to stay hydrated and stomach some food, so I... got the you pick 2 chicken noodle soup and mac & cheese. It sat so well with my stomach and felt filling on top of it. I ordered a B.B.Q. chicken salad but they gave me a B.B.Q. chicken sandwich instead. I ordered a pizza so I sure wouldn't have... ordered a sandwich with that. They said I had ordered a sandwich and I said no, it was a salad. So they had me go back to thecash register and then the girl crumpled up my receipt. I know I said I wanted a salad. They finally got my order right. Andwhen I asked the guy for utensils he just threw them down on the counter. I know he was upset with me. You're supposed to beable to choose your free side but they usually just give you the baguette without asking. Read more

Counter service was just ok. The quality of the food was just ok. I had a sesame chicken salad with processed sliced chicken.... It looked like sandwich meat from Kroger. Hmmm. Not crazy about that, but the store was clean and welcoming. I will returnfor coffee. Read more
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been so disappointed in my experience with the customer service in the food service industry... here in Toledo. This has been my nicest experience yet.
