Great owners! Great food! Fair prices. I've been working at the University of Toledo for many years and frequent Phoenicia... often. It's a great place for meetings with students or colleagues. My only growth feedback to the owners would be this: Thedecor needs updated, particularly the mauve colored vinyl table covers that have been on the tables for 25 years and the serversneed to be more observant and take dirty dishes off the table.
