I went here for a special dinner with my granddaughter. The waitress was training a new person so they were extra observant.... Because we were celebrating my grandaughter's birthday, even though her birthday was weeks ago, they still gave her a free icecream sundae. They also gave us extra biscuits to take home for her sisters. The restaurant and restrooms still seemed likemaybe it was overdue for a renovation, but the service was excellent, and the food was tasty. Read more

Went in for shrimp fest. After waiting 25mim for my 1st refill to come decided to just leave. Table next to use got 4 refills... on shrimp while I was waiting for 1. Not worth the aggravation. Waiter was inept at best. Will not be returning anytime soon. Read more

The menu was reasonably priced. However they do not take reservations. You take your chances as to weather you have a long... wait to be seated. They have a good selection of meals for both adults and childern.. They service both alcohol and non-alcoholbeverages. Read more

My sister and I had lunch at this location and the staff is so polite and helpful! My sister is older and uses a walker. Our... server Jason was patient and went out of his way to make her comfortable. Olivia held the door for her on our way out and sheeven waited with my sister until I brought my car around to help her in. Of course the food was delicious! I wish I could havegiven 10 stars! My mom and I had a very nice meal. We shared the Seafarer's Feast and Brooklyn provided excellent customer service. My Grandpa... Harold in heaven would be so happy to know that the tradition of customer service with a smile at this Red Lobster lives on. Hewas the oldest host that worked at Red Lobster. He was 99 yrs young. I arrived at 9pm with the idea of ??being in the bar area and the bar was closed, they accommodated us inside the family area,... we ordered some great patron margaritas and they were full of ice. we are faithful to this restaurant and definitely these didnot have the recipe that characterizes them. This is an older restaurant. Long wait for the hostess to show up to greet customers. Once finally seated the service was... actually pretty good. The server was busy but very polite. It didn't take long for our order to arrive. The food was hotand good . I recommend. Nice job Read more
