My first time trying this place was not a good experience at all. We placed our order and it took 30 minutes to get our food.... After getting home we realize our order was not right at all. We called and spoke with a manager and she told us she wouldreplace the order. The remake of this order was amazing! It took about 12 minutes for us to get it and everything was fresh andperfect! So, let me start with the positive: food was decent. BUT... there's bad customer service, and then there's what I had. I... waited at the order speaker for a solid 2 minutes before being greeted. When I was, she said it would just be a minute longerwhich was confusing because there was no one in the dining room to delay. The gentleman in the car behind asked if they wereopen, and the employee responded "Yeah, we're just short staffed. I'll be with you when I can." Took about 7 more minutesbefore I placed my order. When I pulled forward, the short-staffed comment made less sense since the employee working thewindow was just leaning against a counter, sipping a drink and talking to another employee. It took her 6 minutes even just tocome over to the window to take my money. When she did, she didn't say a single thing to me. She went to get my milkshake, andon her way back to the window, I could openly hear her making fun of my order to the other employee (Cotton Candy milkshake andonion rings). I also heard her swear, calling all the customers visiting that night a foul word. She then gave me my milkshakeand I noticed it looked filthy around the window counter. I thanked her and said that I had also ordered onion rings. "I know.I'm getting them" she replied quite rudely. She thrust them out the window. I told her to have a good evening, and she slammedthe window shut without one word. I get that a lot of places are short staffed nowadays, but to have a clean work station andthe very basics of customer service shouldn't be too much to ask. I will absolutely never be returning. Food was okay, floors were wet because of them mopping, service has seriously changed it is all self serve. The pop machine had... no carbonation and the high chairs looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. Overall it was okay but definitely could haveused another wipe down on the table. Read more

We use the drive-thru and didn't have to wait at all. Our order came through quickly and it was what what we did order. I liked... that they had this double steak burger and fries for only 399. That's really good value. But we ordered grilled onions on bothburgers. I didn't know wasn't told that they were a dollar extra, so I had to pay $2 extra. that was a surprise. I didn't likethat but their burgers and fries are very good and service is good too. Read more

The new management is great! Very professional and you can tell that she (Chelsey) actually cares about the place. The dine in... area was very clean and the food was fresh. Me and the kids, will definitely be back soon! Read more

In the past, this was a great place to go for good food and friendly staff. Our most recent visit will be our last. You walk in,... no one even acknowledges you are. This was our first time with the new ordering system, with no one to address our questions, soyou just hope you have ordered correctly. You try to find a clean place to sit and eat; that was not happening. It is pretty sadwhen your restaurant is not full, and as a patron, you have to clean off your own table. The least thing they could do, is havea container of wipes available for us to use. Then after all this frustration, you food quality has severely changed. All I cansay is, don't waste your time. Since reopening, a few months ago I went in. Used to come all of the time with my son when he was a kid. When we came in, the... tables were dirty. I took it upon myself to look for a cleaning rag and wipe it down myself. The bucket I found was full ofmurky brown water. Our food came out soggy and incorrect. Today my friends and I decided to come. One had never had it, and Ithought 'why not give them the benefit of the doubt'. They didn't close til 8, we were there at 730. No one noticed we werethere until our order went through. It was 750. We then waited until 8:15/8:20 to get our food. In which, I saw a few fliesflying around the kitchen where they were cooking. When we got home, we realized one of the burgers was missing a patty, theFrisco melt didn't have sauce and the third burger had an earwig in it. I wish I would have gotten the picture before she threwit away, but she was so disturbed I didn't get a chance. We all have immediately lost our appetite. Didn't finish our food andlost $28.63 on food that was beyond disgusting and disturbing, and with bad service at that. We will never eat at this placeagain.
