I thought I'd stop and get Subway for dinner since it had been awhile and was craving a good sandwich. The food was decent, but... the only bread options were wheat and flatbread, neither were what was desired. The seasoned breads it what makes the sandwichesbetter. However... the problem was not the food, my low rating is due to the customer service, or should I say lack thereof.It's hard enough to find decent customer service these days, and this interaction isn't the way it should be done. It wasshameful. From someone who grew up, worked, and managed in a time where excellent customer service was the norm and employeeswere held to high expectations to provide it, it is upsetting to me that it's become a rarity. I should of walked out of Subwaythat day but instead I stood patiently at the counter for approximately 5 minutes or so watching the two young, male employeeswith heads down, music playing, too busy making sandwiches to even look up for a second to great me. All it takes is a second tomake eye contact and acknowledge your new customer. It makes a big difference and impact. It wasn't easy to stand thereignored, and was about to leave when finally one employee blurted out asking if I was there for a pick up order. That was thegreeting I received. I ordered the Sweet onion Teriyaki Chicken salad. The gentleman who waited on me was very nice and great at his job.
Me and my family walked into this subway today to a store that made you sweat the moment you walked in, while the young... gentleman behind the counter worked hard in that horrible heat, I find out that not only does this subway not have ac, but won?tput any type of air flow in it got up to 97 degrees today it was muggy and probably way hotter inside, has subway gotten socheap they can?t provide safe working environments for their employees?! Get better subway! That?s horrible working environmentthat you literally risk the health and safety of your employees because they?re too cheap to provide some air flow, and thoseboys should get a raise! Read more

If I could give this Subway zero stars I would. The girl that worked there was VERY RUDE. Talked to us like we were scum. I did... let her know that her customer service skills sucked. Will not return there. I did talk to the manager to let her know how herstaff was treating customers. Read more
The workers are quick and very nice. The open sign on the front of the building hasn't been on or worked in weeks.
