I gave them 1 star, because 0 wasn?t an option. Horrible service,, the young lady wearing a Hijab was not customer service... friendly? I got my order and the Mexican Pizza, looked like it had been returned by another customer, Or, someone else ate outof it. I called to explain the situation, and was told that the reason my pizza looked like that, is the boxes are flimsy, andthe Pizza's are falling apart in them. I was also told that I could come back and, get a combo with no cost to me. I was told toask for Melissa, the Manager who would take care of me. I returned and the Dining-room doors were locked. I drove through thePick-up window, and attempted to explain that Melissa told me to come back. The lady with the Hijab, said they don't know aMelissa. I told her, I just talked to someone on the phone, who identified as Melissa the Manager. ( tired of playing games),Ipulled up to the 2nd window, and another worker in his hoodie, was sitting on the counter on his cellphone. I decided that thiswould be my last time going to this location. Did not say hi welcome to taco bell. Said hello. But the worse part is they miscommunicate. We asked for double steak grilled... cheese burrito and a deluxe box. Got up front to pay and said they needed to add the double steak burrito and manager came andsaid no you should of looked at screen. No she was changing screen as she said price and pull forward. Manager said your orderis complete and I have car behind you complete so you can't change your order. I know 100% positive you can. I have no doubt.Been on both sides of the window for that issue. Manager was rude wouldn't fix it. We won't be back. But I do want to say theyoung man was pleasant tried learning but was told and taught wrong. Taco bell needs to amp up their communication and customerservice skill. Again we will drive out our way to avoid this place. Very very lazy crew they tell doordashers that wait in the drive thru for 15-25 mins to come inside instead of just making the... order. Came to this place multiple times and never had this problem but it needs fixed asap. Read more
Pulled into taco bell to see a fight in the parking lot. It's about 10 pm with one car ahead in the drive thru. Our turn comes... up and we were told to give them a minute. This is the best taco bell in a 50 mile radius. The tomatoes and lettuce are ripe and fresh. The shells are fresh. The taco is... neatly prepared without cheese and scraps stuck to the side of the paper. They are fast and polite. I don't know who managesthis branch but they are on point and all the little taco angels that work here deserve tiny tortilla wings and cheesy halos.???? ???? Read more
The menu had changed. The old favorite like the Mexican pizza combo was not available at this time. They only had one boxed meal... and it was no longer $5.00. The mango slushy was good. The order taker was a little short because of my indecisiveness but I hadnot been there in a while. The boxed meal that we got was good however even though it was at a higher price. Read more
A bit confusing with the new Mobile App/Delivery service. about if you use a computer everyday you'll adapt quickly. I like... the new system. Things I disliked, you can only have your receipt emailed or in app or choose no receipt ... so I did choose noreceipt since I was there for pick up and wouldn't you know I didn't get my drink order and I know I walked out withoutchecking.
