Not only that, but the... portion size and price are better than any of the other Indian restaurants in the area. Hands-down the best Indian food Toledo has to offer. My favorite appetizer is the vegetable samosa that comes along with mint... chutney and my go-to entree is the chicken masala (HOT) along with garlic naan and mango lassi. I am also a fan of their yellowdaal which is simple yet is filled with flavor and reminds me of home. Portion sizes are great for the price. Whenever I go tothe restaurant, I always receive politeness, kindness and smiles. I never had any problems with the wait time because theperson/people who take the order over the phone is/are decent enough to inform if the wait time is long and also provide anestimate for when the order would be ready. They even go out of their way to text or call if the order is ready earlier than thetime told over the phone. The people that own the restaurant truly go above and beyond to satisfy their customers and do Ihighly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants Indian food in Toledo. Read more
Surprisingly, the food was 5/5. We ordered online while passing from the city during lunch and it didn?t disappoint. Thought... the place was only offering take out at that time of the day and the place looked as if none visits (May be due to covid, theywere closed for long and starting to open slowly - just guessing) but the food was well prepared. We ordered samosas, chickenmasala, malai kofta, naan. Except Naan, which could have been done better all other had authentic Indian food taste. We typically pickup food here whenever we are up in the Toledo area every 2-3 months or so. The latest time something had... seriously changed on the food. The Malai Kofta was softer than it had been and the sauce color and taste had changed. It wasless well spiced than normal. The Paneer was the same, the sauce was out of balance and tasted more like milky tomato soup. Wewill likely give it one more chance and that will be it. Had been our favorite place for Indian food despite the 40 minute driveeach way to get it. Read more
