My husbands family have lived in Toledo since they were born and my husband remembers that this restaurant has the best... Babaganush. We are visiting from Cincinnati and having a small gathering in Toledo for one evening and ended up having dinner atBeirut and believe me it was unbelievable. The waitresses few of them have worked there for 30 to 40 years. There is a storyhere of Immigrants coming to the US and making a life for themselves and being unbelievable citizens. ?????????? I?ve eaten Lebanese food all over the country and the Beirut is one of the best - it?s every bit as good as what I?ve had in... Dearborn (maybe better). The zahle kibbi is the best! The portions are very generous and service is always good. I no longerlive in Toledo but when I?m back in town, it?s one of those places that I have visit. Excuse the baby arm, even she loves it! Something has definitely changed. For example, when you order hummus you use to get tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Now you... get some cucumbers, an onion block that is worthless, and a radish. The real food was awesome. Read more
Holy cow, absolutely do not miss this place!! I had the Beirut's Best and the ice cream pie, phenomenal. Love the dark... atmosphere too. Wonderful, highly-skilled waitress who somehow managed to run 5 tables including 2 larger groups by herself. Gota ton of food to go. Wish I lived closer ?? Read more
