They still don't have lettuce for their sandwiches. You would've thought by now that they would've found a secondary supplier or... had a contiguency plan in place to ensure their customers satisfaction. So disappointing! Read more
Tried ordering for a company, when I got there I was told calling it in ahead of time would get 20% off the order. We tried... doing this multiple times and they never answer the phone. They rang up our order and when it came time for payment, continuedto tell me the card was declined. The print off they gave me specifically says they canceled the payment every time they ran thecard. Highly disappointed with their service. Read more

If this was the Wendy's on Central near Reynolds Rd, our experience was terrible. When we got in there everyone was swearing. ... The black woman I think was the manager, said, I'm just going to close the dining room. We were the only couple in there. We arewhite. My husband and I came through the drive thru last night and had the most friendly woman wait on us! She was perky and happy on... the speaker then told us she had been working since noon when we ralked to her at the window...it was 1230 am when we came! Iappreciated her friendliness and being so dang happy. Customer service is dead these days but this woman was awesome!!!
