Worst Wendy's in the area! At this same location I've had other instances of rudeness, long waits and forgotten items but I'm... finally going to share 1. Its a Monday about 2pm, at the intercom I ordered a southwest salad, small chili and 4 PC nugget withranch. I was asked at both windows to repeat my order. Then when I was handed my food, it was more pushed at me with a "here yago" and slammed window. I noticed I had no napkins, ranch for nuggets or spoon and crackers for the chili. The girl opened thewindow with annoyance that I was still there, but I quickly and politely asked for what Iwas missing. While she was hunting forcrackers I noticed Iwas given plain Ranch not the Southwest Ranch, so I asked, "are you guys out of Southwest Ranch?" To whichshe snapped at me, I'm getting your ranch!" I said you're getting dipping ranch, I'm referring to getting this ranch(showingher) and not Southwest. She acted like I was crazy and insisted that the plain Ranch is the only kind they've ever carried. Slow slow slow. 20-25 minutes wait for drive thru with only 3 cars in front of you. Big sign saying their lobby is open but... doors are locked forcing you into the slow line. Half cold food. Smh This place needs new management. Only tolerated it becauseI needed to use up a gift card. Read more
Don?t order delivery through this location weather it?s online or doordash. After 10pm your dashers are not able to skip the... line even if your order is done. Your order is sitting on a counter getting cold with no heat and these dashers will be waitingup to 25 minutes per order. I?ve been a doordasher for 4 years and this is the first Wendy?s in Ohio that does not respect theskip the line option. They love giving dashers cold food because they rather serve customers who put in a order after you did. IDO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANY FORM OF DELIVERY AFTER 10PM or you WILL be upset. Read more
Waited 11 minutes in line with no cars in front of me. Was treated very rudely by all the staff because I dared to ask how long... it would be for them to take my order. She said a minute then 6 went by so I asked again and another 5 went by before she tookmy order. There were no cars in front of me but a ton behind me. My food came quick but was very cold and old. I shouldn'teven give them a one star rating. I asked for a complaint number and the girl working register said there wasn't one. I'llnever give this place my business again! Read more
Waited at the drive through order area for like 5 minutes no one said anything I finally said hello are you open? Well waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. So after patiently waiting I received my food. I... ordered a 10 piece nugget was given a 4 piece. Ordered fries with no salt was given cold fries with salt. I attached a pic ofthe burger my daughter my ordered. My baconator was decent. But when I called the manager to see if they would remake my ordershe gave me an attitude and was very rude. Will not go back ever. Read more
We ordered through Door Dash on the website. The dasher only brought half of the food. We called WENDYS to ask what was going... on. The lady went on a rant about personally bagging the food, there were three bags. We only got two! I kept trying to askher if she gave the dasher all three, but she kept talking over me and wasn't letting me get a word in. Either way the arguingand talking over me was extremely uncalled for.
