Called this place for over an hour could never get anyone to answer the phone
Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u! Please note this Pizza Hut is located in the Target store. In my visit I was great... by a very cheerful employee (lady). I purchased some medium slushies under $2 and was able to mix and match 4 different flavorsto make a marbled looking type slushy. Both the adults and little ones enjoy the taste (buen sabor) . I highly recommend thisplace! ???????? After enjoying your slushy/food consider visiting the local stores, parks, library, restaurants coffee/donutshops or explore Tres Rio Wetland named top 100 things to do in Arizona and located here in Estrella Village. Pizza hut is not the same anymore. I wish Pepsi would buy it back and turn it back into a great restaurant chain. They use... frozen dough now and not a dough master to make it fresh. They changes the flavor alot. I still give it 3 because they still area little better the who they now complete against (They use to be in a league of there own). Read more

i don?t know if anyone really read these anymore or not but- one of the three workers there was actually nice and understanding... with us. thank you to the really tall guy who made our correct pizzas, you know how to treat customers. the other two workersthere, an older white man and the 20 something year old blonde white girl with glasses, don?t have good customer service. myorder was made wrong but i was treated as if it were my fault by her. when i apologized for being a bother and repeated thecorrect order once more to the older white guy, he said it was ?too much for him? and rudely pushed me over to the nice employeeand claimed that we were ?changing the order again?. they made me feel like a massive burden and extremely unwelcomed whichisn?t fair since i am a customer and this is my neighborhood pizza hut.. and i know i did nothing wrong to be treated thispoorly. it?s obvious that customer service isn?t their forte, and i wish them luck in finding another job that doesn?t involvecustomer service. i work retail and i know we have our days, but at least apologize and tell people that you?re just having anoff day.. it?s actually pretty easy to put an ego aside and connect with your customers.. and it makes your job more fun andfulfilling.. just my opinion.. best of luck. They are like no other pizza hut family I have order from here on several occasions. I'm a total pizza lover. Anytime we order... no matter what we order my family's wants are always taken care of here. They open the door if they arent as busy very kind theyeach have a unique sense of humor. I am very happy they are kind and fast. Need more Hut famies like this!!! Read more
