This is the worst Starbucks location, due to their inconsistency. I have had multiple orders made incorrectly at this location... and then even remade incorrectly. I have ordered the same drink at other locations and had it made right almost every time. Thisstore definitely lacks training! In particular I always have issues with the employee Chris who seems to be more engaged inconversation than with preparing drinks. After noticing my drink was incorrect I asked if it had the breve I paid extra for andhe said it was in with the cold foam. The drink had nothing in it as payed for and both drinks looked wrong and like plain blackcoffees. Another employee had to help correct my drink as he didn?t seem to care. I understand it is overwhelming but afterpaying almost 20$ on two drinks I expect it to be made as ordered. Read more
Uber Eats food delivery person here. Associate Brianna and there's another associate whom I believe her name starts with a 'K'... (dark and shoulder-length hair) both have pleasant and positive attitudes. Both such sweet gals. Props to them for theirservice. Keep it up, guys! :D Read more

Where to start? If ever torture were ever forced upon; this would be the chamber! To elaborate, whoever prepared my beverage... doesn?t know how to adequately measure per the creation of ordered beverage. Hence, the staff members here today had beenflustered regarding the monitoring of which customers had already paid for their orders. Hence, a (possibly) new hire madeduplicates of a latte for 1 customer. However, this 1 customer only ordered 1 latte compared to 2. To conclude, the staffmembers here would benefit from boosting their efficiency by welcoming organization. Read more
Is this a joke? I specifically asked for a coffee with no ice. It says it in the label and you still gave me a coffee with ice.... I just dont understand. Do you guys not read the labels? This is not the first or second time I have this issue with the coffee.That is why I decided to leave a review. The last time I said something about it in the window all I got was some attitude. This team works really hard, and I appreciate the extra effort and all of the work you do! This Starbucks is busy!!! Seriously,... it?s really busy. If you are in a rush, do the mobile order in advance because there is a steady stream of like 20 orders comingin constantly! The staff seem to work well together for the morning shift but it?s seriously impressive how much coffee they getknocked out. I actually stayed for a couple of hours inside and although the lines moved constantly, there seemed to alwayshave a consistent 10 to 15 customers waiting for their order?line knocked down and another 5-10 people would walk right backin.
