Showed up at the store, when I walked in the lady at the register asked me ?you pay right now.? I said ?excuse me.? She said... ?l?m closing the store now.? I showed up an hour before closing. So I paid I paid prior to making my 2 sandwiches. When I mademy sandwiches, they told me my cheese would be extra and since I already paid I could not add cheese. I said ?well you made mepay first.? The rudest customer services ever. For starters, they are there to serve to the customers. So as serving there shouldn?t be lip... smacking and rude A$$ comments when I, a customer is letting one know what I want on my sandwich. So thank you to that old Asianlady that had a lot of nerve to complain, ? oh my god..? to when I asked for ? the works?. And to the guy that looks like hehates his job had the nerves to laugh. I will never come back, the two ladies that makes the sandwich don?t ask you nothing like do you want dressing? Do you want... anything else. They act like they are giving you a favor and all they ask is ? that?s all? and the facial expresión is thatthey hate when you ask for something. Went in 05/22 3:25 pm worst customer service we have ever gotten the two employees there acted like we were a burden by making... our sandwiches. . I placed a mobile order at 2735 S 99th Ave suite. The order said it would be ready at 8:40. We arrived at the time and saw... another man go up to the door and it was locked. We then got worried and walked up thinking they were only doing the mobileorders but it wouldn?t open. The sign was completely on and said open. We knocked and the worker was cleaning and ignored us. Weknocked again and the worker looked at me with disgust that I was even asking for help. I have never been so disrespected in mylife. He refused to open the door or even speak to us. We then called the store and another worker answered. His name was Andrewand he told us we would not get a refund and that they didn?t even know how to issue one. We asked for their names and it wasAngel and Andrew. We understand for security to not open the door but they completely shut the store down. Mobile order shouldnot be left on if the workers can not do it. This location doesn?t close til 9:00pm this is so unacceptable. They were rude anddidn?t even have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience or even to come back in the morning. They disregarded uscompletely and made us feel like a burden for even ordering. On the door was a single piece of paper saying closed that washandwritten.I?m extremely upset by this experience . They were a little busy, so we had to wait a bit. I needed to use the restroom, but they were closed. The soda machine was out... of order as well. The guys were nice, and the sandwiches were good. Read more
