Their ice machine has mold on the side you can see it from the drive-thru window. Gross.
The quality of Taco Bells food is going lower as the prices go higher. The Nacho Cheese Doritos Loco taco had a lot of shell and... little filling. The rillings inside the shell including lettuce inside didn't even fill half the taco. The cheesy bean and ricetaco was also lacking fillings. One half was a very thin layer of cheese and nothing else. It was the size of a folded overquesadilla. The other half was a little thicker but not by much. It contained rice. I placed an order through Door-dash later received a message that my food was a little later, later I get a call from the... door-dash guy saying that they were saying that there was no order for us that the guys was being really rude and that someonehad picked it up 2 hrs ago when the order had only been placed 30 mins before. We decide to call call the store to where a kidnamed ?ROBERTO?. When he spoke to us, Roberto was extremely rude, speaking over us, unwilling to help us out, said that if wewanted food we needed to place it again and pay for it again. We asked for a manager he said he was the manager at the momentand that there was nothing else he would do for us and hung up. Went to this Taco Bell and ordered a chicken quesidilla the price was posted as $4.69. When they rang it up on the screen they... had it at a price that was noticeably higher. I told them what the menu said and requested a manager look at it so I could becharged according to the advertised price. A guy walked out and saw it he said he was the manager but he can't charge thatprice. He stated I would have to pay the higher price. This caused me to cancel my order and leave. We went to this taco bellattempting to catch happier hour, but after this happened, we missed it. If you go to this Taco Bell watch the prices theymight not be correct. Read more
