I ordered 3 pizzas one supreme and two pepperoni, all with extra sauce from the Tomah, WI location. The app said they would be... delivered at 6:09. I get a notice at 6:14 that the pizzas had been delivered. Knowing I didn't have them, I was getting ready tocall the store. After a long conversation with my Daughter, she walked down to the front door and opens it to find our pizzas onthe ground in the snow and ice. The doorbell was never rang, nobody knocked on the door to let us know it was here. I guessthat's the service you get when you prepay a 20% tip for delivery! Hello, I am a doordasher and I am completely surprised and disappointed in one of your staff members. On Saturday 8/27/2022 I... received an order for pick up, the order was 20 minutes late because it has not been started until after I arrived but luckilymy customer was very understanding. He was supposed to recieve his order at 5:08 and didnt end up getting it until 5:47. I hadtried to ask the cashier of she could check on the order status for me but she completely ignored me and walked past me to askher co worker in the kitchen if she could go on break because she was quote "bored". The co worker must have said no because thecashier became increasingly annoyed. My customer had a few small items with his order and typically when I come in to pick up anorder everything is ready to go with a printed receipt on the counter under the door dash sign. After waiting 30 minutes for thepizza I went to pick up the other two items and they weren't there, I politely asked the cashier where the rest of the items forthe order were and she said, "I just tell people to go get it themselves so I guess go find them yourself because we are HELLAshort staffed." She then started VAPING in front of me at the register. Meanwhile the whole time I was waiting and searching forthese items she was playing on her phone at the register. I had difficulty finding the cookies my customer ordered, I do notwork at Casey's therefore I do not know where things are located. I asked nicely if she could point me in the direction of saiditem and she said, "There right in front of me below the other side of the register." They were not... I said "There are nocookies over here on this side, just candy." She looked at me and said "Well I don't know then." Again I don't work at Casey'sbut I did eventually find them but this made the order even later then it needed to be. Update: 7/13/22...Upgrading to 3 stars. Casey's reached out after reading my review about my experience at the Tomah location... and assured that their leadership team will be following up to provide additional training to their staff. They also gave me twofree pizzas as an apology. --------------------- I usually love Casey's pizza. However, the pizza from this Casey's was justterrible when I ordered on 7/2/22. I ordered two large pizzas through the app...one Supreme, one the new BBQ Brisket. The appsaid it would be a 65 minute wait and they would be ready at 6:07 PM. I arrived early...5:50 PM and they were already done andbordering on cold like they'd been sitting there for some time. Keep in mind, this is a full 17 minutes before they weresupposed to be picked up, so they would have sat there that much longer, getting even colder and more soggy. When I got homethey were by far the worst pizzas I have ever had from a Casey's. Toppings were minimal on both...if there was 2oz of brisketon the one, it would be a surprise. Both crusts were reminiscent of eating a sponge. This is not what I've come to expect fromCasey's and was left very dissatisfied overall. I will not return to this location. Read more

If you order delivery from here DO NOT pick anything from the main store. They won't come out of the kitchen to bag it up for... the Dasher and will just expect them to do it themselves. The Dasher I had must have assumed they did their jobs properlybecause I had to be refunded over $30 worth of products I never received. Food quality seems to have gone down too, couldn'teven finish it. Will not be ordering from here in the future. Read more

Ordered a pizza deal. Large pizza, cheese sticks and their new cookie brownie desert. Came to about 25$ with delivery. I had... ordered it at 5p.m to get delivered when I got off at 830. It did not arrive until 9. Because they had to FIND a driver? Pizzawas cold and dry, cheese sticks were hard and dry and gross... caseys in Tomah definitely went down hill... so disappointed. On 1st delivery order - thru DoorDash - I enjoyed the pizza. Later found Casey's provides delivery for orders via their own... website (which allows for cheaper item costs and delivery fee than DoorDash, and also allows for special discounts offered bythe store). 2nd delivery order was through their own website - was able to use their discount code for savings. Their websitesmall print indicates they use a 3rd-party delivery service... their confirmation email indicated they use DoorDash fordeliveries!! Interesting. Wasn't a problem... until an hour after the estimated delivery time (which was about 2 hours afterorder) - I called them and they said DoorDash drivers (in my smaller town) usually log off around 8pm, leaving them with fewdelivery drivers (I ordered at 7pm, ETA 8:30pm, still no delivery at 9:30pm, and they hadn't even assigned my order to a driveryet). They suggested I complain to DoorDash, but, since I ordered thru THEIR website, NOT thru DoorDash, it is THEIRresponsibility to ensure delivery and/or complain to DoorDash. I canceled the order, but they couldn't refund me at the time -they said they would leave a note for the day shift manager to call me. No call, so I waited a few days to see if they justfixed the problem and the temp charge would fall off my credit card. Charge turned permanent, so I called the store and the mgrwas not working and would be off for a few days. I was referred to their corporate office, who did arrange for refund. Food oninitial order was good, delivery setup is bad. Customers shouldn't have to go through what I did. Response to owner: Iappreciate your responsiveness. I did play a little bit of phone tag a couple of weeks ago with your support center, but I gaveup. Again, I enjoyed your food, but I dislike disappointment - it was only one of these that left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure what happened to this place, They once had the best pizza and now it's definitely not. Ordered a pizza and some BUFFALO... wings today along with popcorn chicken for everyone..Pizza was/is burnt, Popcorn Chicken is dried out and the wings are plainwith NO BUFFALO season to them! $30 for food we aren't even eating ????
