This store has slow service if you go inside to order, very limited selection on donut choices (makes no sense to me), and their... app is always contradicting what they say they have available versus what they actually do have. They need to do better. Read more
My wife loves the iced coffee. The taste depends on who is working that day though. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's just... okay. Not a deal breaker. DD in Tomah is still better than Tomah Starbucks. We are one and done there. Starbucks is tooexpensive and the coffee is no good. Read more

Staff was really friendly. Donuts were fresh and cold brew was on point. Though we came there right as a group of soldiers had... ordered over a dozen breakfast sandwiches, we made it to the counter and were served quite fast. Read more
Placed an order for 3 dozen donuts at approximately 9:50am. Order was accepted, but when I went to pick it up in the drive thru,... I gave my name, and then was told rudely to pull up to the window. There the GM told me that they didn't even have what Iordered. So she asked if she could just do whatever they had, I said yes, just for her to come back and bark at me that theywould not even be able to fulfill my order at all as they didn't even have 2 dozen donuts. I've never gone to a dunkin donutsthat had no donuts. So I then just asked for a refund. Which I was told they couldn't do at the store since it was a mobileorder through their app and I'd have to call corporate. So I called them, sat on the phone for about 25 mins, for them to thentell me they notified the store to refund me and that they would be contacting me to get my refund. I never received the callfrom the store and never received my refund. I've never had such an awful experience at a dunkin and clearly I will not bereturning. Would not recommend this store to anyone. The GM is problematic in many ways. Read more
