Normally my experience with subway is great but this particular visit was just bad. Not particularly busy, we went through drive... anyway to be faster. We ordered and then sat at the window for almost 20 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. We gave upand went to Jimmy John's instead. Read more
I ordered the buffalo chicken protein bowl for $11 and got fresh mozzarella for an extra $2, paying $13.70 total. When I opened... the bag, it was just downhill from there. They didn?t give me my change ($1.30), and the protein bowl was the saddest lookingthing I?ve seen from a restaurant in awhile. Apparently a protein bowl only consists of chicken and buffalo sauce, nothing else,because the few veggies that I asked for were the only other things in the bowl. It didn?t taste bad, but the presentation wasawful and horribly under-portioned. Maybe worth $7-8? Definitely not $13? just a warning to everyone else. Read more
Really nice employees. They worked together & it was nice to see them helping each other in an effort to get my sub's done.... Everything was really fresh and my sandwich was somehow way leather and "plump" than when I get them in Chicago. Read more
Terrible service and management. Ordered a footlong a week ago and it arrived destroyed as shown in photos. Today my order... arrived missing and was told to send the doordasher to pickup the remainder of the order. When he arrived, they gave him a hardtime. Just terrible service all around. Read more
This particular Subway had very helpful, friendly staff who did their job quite well. All of the tables and booths were clean,... the dining area was well lit, and the floors were free of litter. The bathrooms were clean, but the toilet in the standard stallnever stopped running. The staff said they were aware of the problem, but were waiting on it to be fixed. Compared to many otherSubways I've visited, I was rather impressed with this one, overall. Read more
