It's taco bell... cheap fake Mexican food at its finest. The place was clean, food was as expected, customer service was good.
Tomah Taco Bell has the best service out of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. Cheap food, very fast service, very friendly... employees. I don't think I've ever spent more than 5 minutes in their drive through from ordering to being handed my food. Crazyfast! Read more
The staff were friendly, but they really do not know how to make a burrito. I ordered two cheesy rice and bean burritos, and... this was consistent with both, one side of the burrito was cheese, the middle was beans, and the end was a mix of rice andbeans. Night staff at drive thru should be retrained. Extremely rude and inappropriate. I asked for 6 mild sauces with my 3 Hard shell... taco Supremes. He forgot them and what seemed to be the manager came over and shoved a handful of them in a bag and threw theminto the car. I have been in food service for over 20 years and I warn you, take action before these unproductive people ruinyou customer base. Highly disappointed in Taco Bell in Tomah. It use to have great service and the food was good for fast food, but lately in the... last year or so it has gone down the drain. Service has been par and the food has been frankly just gross. Today we decided totake a chance and order tacos and man was that a bad idea & a waste of money. Our tacos were cold and we asked for hot sauce andsurprise surprise no hot sauce packets. It would be one thing if it was a one time but this has happened multiple times in thelast year. This time I?m done. We ordered the 12 pks of soft and hard they were cold. We don?t live far from Taco Bell so itwasn?t like the drive home made them cold. Won?t be returning. If Tomah was smart they would get rid of Taco Bell and putsomething else in. Now I know why their always empty. Next time I get an aching for some tacos I will make them at home or go toone of our local Mexican restaurants. So in my opinion stay away from this Taco Bell. Read more
Overall pretty tasty chulupa combo. unfortunately the bean and rice burrito I ate did not live up to usual Taco Bell standards... because the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Not a big deal tho Read more
After getting off work me and my boyfriend decided to get some Taco Bell. I started my order over the phone where the guy... expressed it was hard to hear me at the beginning Of the phone call, but after, it seemed he got everything I said. Due to thehard hearing, I made sure to repeat my order back to him. Everything seemed correct. Driving up to pick up our food, theemployees seemed distracted and unorganized. After paying we realized they had forgotten one of our drinks so we went throughagain to get it. No problem, but as we parked to eat, we noticed our orders were 100% wrong. I called to let them know and seewhat they would do about it but they proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for a new order but they could replace the 2chalupas that they messed up in my boyfriends 2 chalupa supreme combo. (Which were supposed to be plain, but weren?t.) Myboyfriend got too frustrated and we simply went home. I originally ordered a kinda overly customized Nacho fry box (which comeswith seasoned fry?s, nacho cheese dip, layer burrito and 1 crunchy taco), but had received a simple Nacho party box (A box ofnachos). I also ordered a 12pc. Of cinnamon delights and had not received them. I understand miscommunication happens, but Iwould think we would get our food or our money back. This is not the first time that we have gone to this particular Taco Bellbusiness where they have messed our orders, resulting in us turning a blind eye to it due to our empathy for essentialworkers. Taco Bell is a childhood favorite and I?d hate to start becoming afraid to go through the drive thru when I don?t havethe time luxury of dinning in all the time. Read more
