We stay here about 5 or 6 times per year. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Each room has a porch and view of the... Wisconsin river so you can view the river and relax. Vicki and Ron are great people and they always make sure your needs aremet. Highly recommended. Read more

Great location overlooking the river. Close to everything. There's also a bar & grill next door. Very clean rooms.

Clean, but that's about it. Towels are hodgepodge, like whatever they could find at a rummage sale. Keys and locks are marginal.... Bedding had rips in it. But it was clean and comfortable and convenient. Read more

First of all, many of these reviews are from the time when the restaurant and motel were under the same ownership. That has... changed, and the motel retains the Bridge Inn name, while the restaurant on the corner is now known as Outboards. We were verypleased with our stay and the accommodations, staying two separate (but not consecutive) nights. We were traveling bymotorcycle, and arrived our first night during a heavy rain storm; Vicky was gracious enough to let us park the bike under theoverhang out front, out of the rain. Then, we were late returning from Minnesota the second night, and Vicky actually called tomake sure we were still coming. That seemed very thoughtful of her. We stayed at three different motels during our trip, and weliked the Bridge Inn the best. It is kind of a "Mom & Pop" establishment, but that's the kind of place we like. It was clean,well-kept, and quiet. Vicky became acquainted with us, and then accompanied us to the room and showed us its features. We had aspacious ground floor room with two queen beds, which were not too soft, not too firm, but just right. The small patio outsidethe sliding door provided a nice view toward the river. There was a full bath including its own sink and mirror, plus anadditional adjacent sink and mirror, so that two people could get ready in the morning and not be in each other's way. The roomalso came with a very good-sized refrigerator, plus a microwave. A supermarket was within easy walking distance, so that aperson could stock up and save money on meals if you didn't feel like going out. Several restaurants were also within walkingdistance or a short drive. Wifi was available, with a signal so strong that I was still connected all the way across theriver! Tomahawk is a very nice little town, as well, with a park on the other side of the river, bike path, and plenty ofboating and fishing opportunities. We were only passing through enroute to other destinations, but wish we had more time to sp Read more

Tie Cajun chicken pasta was great. The place has been remodeled. The inside is quite noisy due to metal ceiling

A typical "up north" hotel, but right on the water and very friendly owners. Nothing fancy. They have started updating, and will... probably be a on-going process. Husband built the place in the 60's and they continue to operate it. Not sure if every room hasit, but the bathroom is definitely an original. A solid choice for basic accommodations, at a good price. Read more

Only one waitress,, but she worked her rear off as busy as it was that day. She suggested tuna steak with dill sauce, also very... good, cost12-13$total. Had a 1 man band that was pretty good also. Wednesday burger night is my favorite though, excellent 1/2price burgers. Read more

I didn't stay in a room, but I did have deep fried cheese curds for the first time there! I sat on the outdoor patio on the... bank of the Wisconsin River and listened to live music. One of the loveliest evenings I had on my trek. If the rooms are ascharming as the outside is, I'm sure it's worth a stay. If you're not spending the night, at least have a drink outside, it's abeautiful setting. Read more
