I love Arby's, but this location just sucks. I've eaten inside a few times now and it's just always not well managed. For... example, today for lunch, my wife and I came to eat about 11:30am. The sauce station (both of them) was empty, one didn't haveany sauces installed, the other did but was out of everything except Arby's sauce. I went to fill up my drink and coke zero wasnothing but soda water. My wife's crinkle fries were cold and when she asked for fresh ones they said they didn't have anymore. No napkins in the dispenser, floor was sticky, menus have lights out, they didn't have sesame seed buns, staff seemedshort handed and weary, it just goes on and on. The employees were friendly. Unfortunately my order was a mess. I'm not sure how this makes sense. Two sandwiches for $6, add 2... small fries and 2 small sodas the total was nearly $19! Not the employees fault. But 3 times I asked for curly fries, I got homeand had crinkle cut ????. Also, I asked for 1 sandwich to not have veggies or sauce, got home no cheese. They weren't busy so Ireally don't know why. It's not a mistake,it's a lack of paying attention to the orders. I haven't been to Arby's in a longtime...I won't be back. Really disappointed. The staff here is friendly but the facility itself is a mess. Literally electrical conduit just hanging off the side of the... building above the drive through window. Something is always broken or out. Get these people the facilities they need. They doto good of a job to have to put up with sub par building and appliance management Read more
Service was little bit slow. The food was good. I didn't particularly care for the white cheese that comes on in the roast beef... slider. All the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was clean. Read more
I understand places age and wear. The major problem I have with this store is the excessive amount of scale build up and slime... at the coke machine. Another point that needs to be addressed is the other dispensers in the coke machine area/sauce bar. Piecesthat were,at one time chrome, now show excessive rust and age. It's really unbelievable that the store manager or the districtmanager thinks this is OK. Read more
