First and foremost, the food is great and the service is outstanding. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. I love the... fact that it?s a pet friendly place with a dedicated outdoors eating area for pets. Our black lab simply loves this place aswell as the treatment he receives when he comes. Don?t forget to purchase a large bone for your pet to chew. I?m sure they?llenjoy it as much as you?ll enjoy the food!!! Read more

Was on my way to the airport and did a quick search for places to have lunch. Wow, when this place popped up the pictures were... nice. Went there and was not disappointed. Good looks and tastes great and I was looking for a local beer and the guy workingthere was able to explain them all and make a recommendation. He really knows his business. Its hard to choose in a city with so many BBQ restaurants, but this one is a gem. Our group consisted of both adults and... children and everyone gave an enthusiastic thumbs up. I had a turkey sandwich. The turkey had that smoky flavor really good BBQshould have. The others in our party had the beef and brisket and they all had the same feeling and express how much theyenjoyed their meal and their plans to return. My one minor suggestion is the cole slaw, which I think needs some work. If youhave kids, Bexar has a playground for their entertainment and a few minutes for the adults to finish their meal. Whoa! This place is good. Menu is simple and straightforward. We ordered 2 different burgers and shared, one with sweet burnt... ends and one with their pork belly bacon. Sourdough buns beautifully grilled. There is outdoor space for music. Read more
BEST BURGER I?VE EVER HAD!! Its bigger than what it looks like. Definitely not your typical burger. Soo cheesy & meaty! My... husband loved all 6 of his tacos. Hybrid tortilla is a game changer. DELICIOUS BARBECUE! Had to try a little of a much as I could afford.... it was ALL amazing! I had their Bexar Burger, which was... topped with chopped burnt ends (meat candy I believe they call it) every bite was mouthwatering. Also had a 1/4lb most brisketwith bark and 1/4lb of the meat candy, wife had the brisket tacos.... can't wait to go back! Read more
Wow! Love this place. Suggestions: Burger - absolutely amazing. The pickles, jalapeños, and peppered onions are fire. Candied... Ends - top notch. Almost my favorite on the menu. Sides - everyone of them is great, no complaints on the baked potato salad,casa corn, bexar beans? Only had the banana pudding for dessert, but god it?s good. Cream cheese gives it a hugeflavor.
