We used to be a weekly customer. The service is horrible. The person taking the orders barely speaks English. I ordered 2 double... meat whoppers?no onions, no ketchup, no mustard, no hot peppers. We were told the burger did not have mustard or peppers and asign said they had no pickles. We explained the last time we ordered the burger had peppers. If you ask questions at the drivethru you are told to pull up and they will figure it out. Also, check your order?last time they substituted 2 cookies for aHershey pie?with out asking. Today the were out of Dr. Pepper (they have been out for a month). My burgers I ordered today hadmustard, a ton of pickles and hot peppers on top and hidden in between the patties . This is horrible. Every time I dine here I?m disappointed. I?ve given this place too many chances. Their customer service is simply non existent.... The place is dirty both inside and out which really makes me question the cleanliness of the food prep areas. They haveliterally got my order wrong more times than not, which is really sad considering half their menu is out of stock. Something isseriously wrong with their soda machine, I had to spit the coke out of my car window because it tasted so bad.. this place needsto be shut down, disinfected and re-staffed. Read more

The location had no one on staff who could speak and understand English. I am all for bilingual employees, however, they should... be able to speak both languages. I ordered three cheese burgers two with fries and one with onion rings. I got three of theJr. Burgers because I didn't say "Whoppers" and the MANAGER on duty did not speak enough English to differentiate without theactual word "Whopper" being used. Read more

The worst location ever. It?s dirty, the employees are unprofessional and do not even know what they serve. I ordered a bacon... whopper melt, and was told it was only for breakfast. We asked for tea and he offered me ketchup packets. So I repeated ?Tea?and he asked if I needed sauce. Finally he comprehended the word ?Tea? and we were told that they didn?t have any. The nextcustomer had a different cashier and got a tea! Pathetic! Read more

According to them there system was down from what they told us in the drive through, but yet it?s not the first time there... system is down upon closing time, but the way she said it made it sound like she was coming up with and excuse. Do better. Read more

Unfortunately, my son likes this place. Also unfortunate that this location is the WORST fast food location to exist. It is... dirty. I have seen employees with their babies there in high chairs where they cook. Of course that is only when they areactually accepting orders and don?t tell you ?their system is down?. That happens at least half the time we?ve gone there?.and Iam not exaggerating. This location needs to be torn down and the current owner should not be able to own restaurants anywhere.The absolute worst business model I have ever seen. Read more

Very horrible customer service. I stood in line for about 10 minutes before being noticed. I didn't get my drinks until after... getting my food. Ice machine had hardly any ice. Had a customer in front of me wait about 15 minutes before telling her they hadno chicken ( so she asked for a refund and left mad ) Food wise everything was awesome. Kitchen staff great!! Front staff needsalot of work. Manager was not helpful either. Read more

Honestly the best whopper I?ve had in a long time . Sad to see so many bad reviews. For me everything was on point , perfect... veg, perfect sauce, burger hot, could?ve been a burger from a commercial. Fries a perfect golden crisp! They seem to have anissue with the speaker in the drive thru , I had to shout my order per the request of the employee as they couldn?t hear me.It?s really not fair to the employees, they should get it fixed for them .
