Love this place, coffee is top notch and the food is fantastic 10/10 definitely recommend. Staff is friendly and professional.... Interior is clean and modern, they have bar seating, regular tables and high tops. There is also a conference room I have seenin use every time I have been in. Forget the chain and fast food treat yourself and check them out. We visited again and wewere pleasantly surprised to see they added a deck and are dog friendly! Read more
Cafe Marrese is a gem! Great Coffee?.both hot and iced. Love the Smoked Chicken and Waffles! This is a great value for what you... get?.the chicken is cooked perfectly and a large waffle. Flat bread, desserts to choose from. Excellent seating choices, eitherat a table, the bar or some couches to relax. The Cafe itself is very nice. I LOVE the lighting there and it was clean and has very friendly staff. I visited Saturday morning... for breakfast and got the croissant and potatoes and an London Fog. My drink was delicious, however, my food lacked flavor. Iwas really looking forward to this visit and was disappointed. Willing to try it again and will go back for coffee or tea! I felt very welcome coming in by the woman at the counter, she was patient with me being first time coming in. The esthetic is... appealing with lights and decor. The coffee was okay. I was able to taste one before deciding. My plate as pictured was a sadsight the eggs were cooked well but not seasoned, and the brisket looked like leftovers which was very dry, and cold. My platewas chipped and the silverware unclean I did not use my knife or spoon. There was something sour on my plate after it sat I hada stomache ache. I ate because I was hungry. From the time my plate was brought to me to the time I left I was never checkedon. Not sure if it's just counter service or they are understaffed. Because of the the sanitation concerns with the poor qualityof my food, cleanliness of my plate, and silverware I would not return. Edit: I never mentioned I had any special dietaryrestrictions. Cafe Marrese, on Spring Cypress in Spring, Texas. I'm confused on what to review. They are definitely a Coffee Cafe, and a... Restaurant and a Community Meeting place. Went in for breakfast, they were busy, but everything moved quickly. They havecounter service and then seat yourself. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with a calming effect. Cafe Marrese offers aQuite Room for meetings that seats at least twenty. The menu is small but has a vast of offerings from waffle, french toast,egg scramble, avocado toast, etc. I ordered Avocado toast with pico de Gallo. My order arrived within three minutes of sittingdown. Tasted very good, but seemed like a small serving for the price. I had black coffee, with cream and sweetener. Verygood. Not cheap, but nice ambience, good food and coffee. I really liked all of three aspects of Cafe Marrese. Time to takemy wife to have breakfast at Cafe Marrese. Read more
I?ve been here many times, and this is the first time reviewing. I absolutely adore this place! Their food is consistently good,... and the coffee drinks I?ve tried are divine! If you dine in - be sure to ask for your drink in a mug to reduce waste (please).The ambiance is cozy and makes for a great dine-in experience. The only thing I will say (which doesn?t deserve a full starremoval) is that the building?s ventilation isn?t optimal. Translation: when the kitchen is busy, your clothes may smell a bit.Again, this to me is not a dealbreaker because the food and atmosphere are so great, but it IS there, minimally. It was a fun place with good food! The decor was very cute inside! All the food and specialty drinks we ordered were absolutely... delicious! Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean. All good here! I will definitely go back and recommend to my friends aswell!! Read more
