Terrible. Customer service is bad. My pizza sat in ?quality check? for 20 min and when I asked she kept saying ?it?s on its way... out now?. It left the store 10 minutes later. I will update with how long it took and how cold and dry it arrives. This is themillionth time I have issues with this location. You ALWAYS Have to call ahead here if you want your pizza made decently. It?ll have little to no crust on pieces, no cheese up... to the edges or spread evenly all over even when you order double cheese. This time things even came burned. The quality keepsdisappointing me. Read more
I'd give them a 0 but that's not possible, I ordered from them and the delivery took an hour and a half before I was notified... that the delivery was complete. when I went out to get my order it was no where to be found. This location is just awful. They NEVER get orders correct. Not once. There is nothing you can do either because the driver... has been out for awhile delivering and can?t just bake you a correct pizza. One star is too nice. I feel like I deserve arefund every time I order from here. Read more
I have ordered from here more recently to take advantage of their 2 or more for $6.99. Both times the food was hot and made to... perfection. But my review is mostly for their amazing drivers. Today we had Richard. He called when he was approaching my homeand was so grateful for the extra few dollars for his tip. OMG let?s just say if I could request him every time I ordered, Iwould!!! They need to hire some more drivers or something. We ordered 2 pizzas and a sub at 5:52. According to their tracker, the pizza... came out of the oven at 6:13.... the food didn't leave the store until 7:13 and didnt arrive until 7:41. We only live 10 minutesfrom the store... I called them multiple times, getting a busy signal, until about 10 minutes later and they said they were verybusy and gave me a credit on my account which is nice, but now my kids are having to eat dinner right before bedtime. And thefood was not very good considering it had been done and hour and a half before we even received it. Read more
Used a coupon from email to order a large pizza and cheese sticks during the world series. Before check out everything looks... legit and then after check out somehow the price was more. Waited forever to get my pizza and when it got here it was cold, andno cheese sticks, just the pizza. Called to complain about the no cheese sticks and cold pizza, they said sorry it must havebeen a glitch with the computer system there's nothing they can do. So I paid more money than the coupon and then got less thanwhat it said. And waited a long time and got cold pizza to boot. The moral of the story is don't order from them using a coupon,especially during a big sports event, and don't expect their customer service to care enough to do anything about the problem.I'm sure Domino's rep will make some comment saying let's talk blah blah blah it was just a misunderstanding, but I tried thatso here we are Read more
