This Dunkin is super quick! The avocado toast is great, and I like the matcha latte.
They would not honor their advertised Wednesday Free Med Iced Coffee when using the Dunkin App. You know, don't advertise... something as a "perk" and then not honor it. The employees had ZERO interest in making the situation right. I suggested theytake the sign down I'd they aren't going to honor it. This has happened before. Seems I'm not even close to the only person who has had horrible experiences at this location. Their customer service is non... existent and they constantly get my order wrong. This morning I'm pretty sure they gave me an old messed up order and tried topass it off as mine. Asked for an iced coffee with vanilla and cream and less ice. I pay 50 cents extra for less ice. Get "myorder" and there is about 2 tablespoons of raw sugar sitting on the bottom and half the cup is ice. I didn't order sugar at all.Go inside to show them the sugar granules sitting at the bottom and the guy working the counter acted extremely inconveniencedby their mistake.
