This is a great place to work and an even better one to order pizza from. Google maps has the entrance incorrect and I have... tried to let them know you can no longer make a left from Hollywick into the parking lot of the strip mall Jet's Pizza is in dueto Jersey Barriers (you can turn into the parking area from the main road). The pizza is awesome and they have cauliflower crustwhich is my personal favorite (with extra cheese and pepperoni). Detroit style pizza, they are not lying, if you've never had Detroit style pizza, you have to give them a try. Prices are very... reasonable for what you get. Small delivery radius, but I understand. If you like Chicago style deep dish, try giving Detroitstyle pizza a chance, you will probably like it. Read more
Today was my third time ordering from Jet?s. In general, they make a decent pie. I?m generally a fan of their deep dish, but my... family prefers thin. Two out of three experiences were good but today?s was pretty bad and they offered no real customer serviceto mitigate the bad experience. I ordered a large pizza and had to call when it was 30mins later than their expected deliverytime and still no pizza. They took a few minutes called the driver and determined that my pizza was a few minutes away. I getthe pizza and it?s not even remotely warm. I am disappointed that the restaurant did not even try to correct the issue otherthan explain that the pizza would be at my house soon. I can only guess how long the pizza was riding in the car for it to becompletely cold when delivered. How do you still deliver the pizza with good conscience and you can feel the box has no warmth?I may return and give carry out an opportunity to redeem, but I can?t imagine ordering delivery again knowing that it?s a diceroll for me receiving a hot pizza in a timely manner. Hi I just want to say that I work at smoothie king next door and I got pizza today in the afternoonish not only was the pizza... amazing but the service was even better and she truly made me want to make Jets my only pizza place from now on. My receipt saysClerk ID: Dylan and she was just so happy instantly made my mood better and was just on top of it with impeccable customerservice skills and I loved the whole interaction!
