Best icecream

Ordered a mother's day strawberry shortcake with cheesecake icecream cake and some added strawberries. Was not like the picture... I was shown in the store at all. Barely any ice cream, it was icy with ice crystals, not creamy, no flavor, no strawberry pureeas shown, barely any cake (literally barely a 1/4" slice on the bottom, and a few other chunks. Too many frozen strawberries. Only good part was the white frosting. Probably won't spend over $30 for a small ice cream cake here again. Disappointed mom. :-( if I ever get another one I'll just gear a basic oreo or simple pre-made one. Read more

Ice cream is good but here's the ridiculous part ... they have bananas and will make you a banana split but will not mix banana... in your ice cream. I get it, waste. If that's the problem then consider an upcharge for a premium ingredient but don't tell acustomer it can't be done when clearly it can be. Right now one average medium size banana costs $.30 retail. Not sure what thedaily demand is on banana mix-in is but thinking it can't be that big of a problem. Take the hit on the banana instead of thewhole sale and future sales. Read more

Kids enjoyed sharing their choice of ice cream on the banana split. Ice cream was pretty good. It's a good place with crazy high... prices though. We could not find anywhere on the menu where you could get a single scope of ice cream with no toppings for under$5. Cakes are $30+ Nice friendly employees. Clean place Just very expensive. Not alot of ice cream options, and the selection seems redundant. we also got the new guy, so we had to ask for service, and... repeat our order a few times. Overall luke warm and unfriendly service. Read more

Please tell me how you all don?t have any milk to make the ice cream. Or that you all don?t have certain flavors but have others... I have always loved yalls service and ice cream but the past week everytime I have came in there was not flavors available.Looks like I will be trying cold stone. Read more

The ice cream is good. The service is dry (not friendly). Place is clean.
