We have been getting Marcos since they opened in Tomball and for the most part have been happy. However, they started skimping... on the toppings so last time my mom called & talked to a manager & she said the next time we ordered she would make sure therewere plenty of toppings & she definitely made good on her word! I want to say thank you to Miranda Donald and Tammy for a small town family feeling environment also thank you for taking care... of this military veteran every time I walk in you know exactly what I am going to order and always greet me with a southernhospitality smile. my pizzas have always come out great as ordered hot and fresh ingredients that made any other pizzeria Lessthan lol. I cannot say thank you enough to Miranda Donald and Tammy they are always there for me they are amazing go by and seethem they are the best of any Marcos pizzerias I have ever gone to. We love Marcos. It?s really helpful this location has a drive thru pick up window. We?ve had a couple great experiences and... recently we had the wrong pizza delivered and the person who took our call, Daniel, made it right. This location has miles to catch up to the one on Spring Cypress. The pizza crust was just plain bread, no cheese and no sauce,... not even well done as I asked on the instructions. The ?cheesy bread? was nothing more than a stale, dry piece of bread with 1layer of cheese and none on the Parmesan was there, none! They forgot every single sauce I asked for and not 1 pack of cheesethat I also specifically asked for in the written instructions. Just awful, what a waste of stomach space and calories. Read more

I have ordered from her a couple times with no issues, then I ordered a pick up order for myself on the way home during the week... last week. I waited a long time for my pizza after I was told it would be ready in 20 min and can see why. There were about 4young employees that look like they were in training. Boss felt like he had to do it all to get the overflow of calls down sohe could train properly. What struck me was the time he did take to apologize for the time it has taken me to wait for pizza. Ican relate- It's hard this time of period in this country to even hire someone, we all need to practice our patience...the Pizzawas hot and yummy. Will definitely pick up this pizza again! I wanted to try out the new Marco's in Tomball for lunch. I am starving haven't eating all day. When I called the young woman... was sort of short & rude. I canceled my order & will never call or dine at any Marco's for the rest of my life. PS still hungrythanks Marco's. No I will not complete a survey or whatever automated response y'all give. This is a new location, so I?m sure some kinks are just getting worked out with new employees. Ordered 2 pizzas, one was ok, but... the plain cheese pizza had burned cheese and it just tasted old and tough like it had been microwaved from a few days earlier.And the cinnamon squares were also super tough. Marcos is one of my favorite pizza places, so we will probably just go to thelocation we usually do and come back a later time. Hope it gets better. Read more
