Michael and his team were amazing. He has a HUGE menu selection to the point that my cousin and I both used him for our weddings... and did not overlap with our menus at all. Our tasting with him was probably one of the most fun parts of wedding planning. Hewas also super caring to my husband and me by serving us individually at our wedding and packing us a to go box of our food(which we ate immediately after leaving the wedding). He was so flexible with all... things including the menu, us making our final selections, and all things COVID. He did a wonderful tasting for us and made someamazing suggestions. Many of our guests complimented us on the food (specifically the mac and cheese that we had) which isalways a great feeling and a testament to his work. Chef Michael at Master Chef Catering is the best! He was very easy to work with and we couldn't be happier. He is one of the... preferred vendors at the Majestic Metro. Prior to our initial meeting we gave him a list of the foods we wanted to taste. Hemade the bride and groom to-be and myself a personal dinner. He accommodated all of our request including passing out the cake. He made the most delicious meal that was hot and tender. Chef Michael is awesome! When we were looking for a wedding caterer, I had low expectations. ?It?s catering food,? I thought,... ?it all tastes the same and it?s all ?meh.?? Boy, was I wrong! On our wedding day the food was absolutely delicious! We lovedeverything, but especially the prime rib and the zucchini and squash casserole! On the day of, we received compliments from evenour pickiest if guests, my husbands New-Jersey-Italian family. For them, compliments about food are extremely high praise! ChefMichael also worked with me in detail to ensure all of our guests had a meal they could enjoy. Vegetarians, gluten-free, anddairy-free guests enjoyed the food just as much as every other guest!
