Loved to see manager Brian working at the window and helping his workers. Store was clean, employees were working not standing... around, and the manager was very kind and polite acted like he liked his job. Sure hope he gets paid well they are hard tofind....thank you. Read more

I would not have given them even one star had I not had to in order to leave this review. But not just once or twice, but EVERY... TIME I come to this McDonald's the lady or whoever is in charge of the drive through is NEVER doing there job, nor are they eventrying. They are rude, see you sitting at the window because they wouldn't answer you on the speaker and just look at you andsmile and go on about whatever they may be doing. Service is great and fast going through the drive-thru. But you have to wait at least 5 minutes longer if you want to order... through the app and use curbside pickup. I don't mind the wait since the app let's me use rewards, coupons, and lots of greatdeals. The employees here are always nice and the food is always good! Read more

I get it it's early, but I thought this was fast food? It's just me and one other car, but ordering the most simple breakfast... item requires me to go sit in a drive thru lane to wait making me late for work? They could have told there would have been await before taking my money. Read more

OMG. This McDonalds does it right. I can?t tell you how many freaking McDonalds across the United States I?ve been to that show... NO regard for packing your food with care and attention. Nothing forgotten here. Everything in its place. No need to ask twice,or thrice. What a welcome surprise to find such attention and care when I open up my food. Well done! Hats off to Gabe for hisexcellent service, the friendly team, a clean dining room, and what must be a great manager. Thanks for finally giving me a5-star McDonalds experience. Read more

Burnt and can't be reheated even though it's super cold. Idk why this mcdonald's is hit and miss. They do alright when they... aren't packed but it's called fast food. But if they have too big of a line, they can't get the orders right. This is the 4thtime I've been here that they've messed up something else. I'm getting really tired of this. Read more

Food was good and hot. I have ran across a few extremely rude people at this location (managers at that) on occasion. I frequent... the service station next door for petrol for the car and a pop to drink. The service station is wonderful by the way. I'll bereviewing them soon. Had lunch at McDonald's the other day and the food was good. Customer service needs work. Guest relations/ customer service is a huge part of the business. If people are rude or unkind I normally will not return. Try and see whatyour experience is like. I'll give them four stars for the food. Let's see how customer service improves is in the future. Tothe owner: You really need to retrain your managers and employees in good friendly customer service. One experience at thislocation made pushed me to give a negative review but I refrained from doing so as the next visit wasn't as bad. Food is goodand hot but guest relations needs work. They were outright rude and were mocking customers including me where we could hear it.I was shocked. Time to bring in the mystery guest for even more insight. Hope you can improve their attitudes.
