Went in drive thru got parked waited 20 min to be given the wrong order waited another 5 minutes decided to go inside to find... the manage Darnell looking for my lost order. Decided to get my money refunded. Staff lacks some maturity and sense of urgency. Read more

This location literally has never gotten my order right. I even went into the store, used the kiosk myself because I thought... maybe the drive thru people were incapable, and nope. The whole store, every last employee including the manager, doesn?t careat all about getting it right in the least. Save yourself the headache and never go here. I?ve given them so many opportunitiesto get to right and never once have they accomplished the goal of getting a single order correct. I?ll drive the extra distanceto go to the next closest one. Disgusting place to eat we ordered dessert and it had mold?..MOLD! We brought it to the manager Lupes attention and she kept... denying it was mold with out even looking at it correctly. If I could give zero stars, i would. This used to be my go to spot before work, but not anymore. I placed a mobile order. The... drive thru line was long so i selected curb side. 10 minutes later, the drive thru line is clear and im watching people goinside buy their food and come out. Meanwhile, I'm still sitting waiting for my food. 12 minutes after arriving, I go inside toget my food. I asked for the manager, and her reply "Oh well, I'm sorry we were busy". I'm still confused, my order went in 12minutes ago and all the people who placed an order after mine got there food in a timely manner. This happened before but I gavethem the benefit of the doubt and went back. NEVER AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My Advice - don't offer mobile ordering or curbside pickup if your staff can't handle doing their jobs. Read more
