They?re supremely rude here. I ordered two happy meals, one with the juice and one with the water. I also ordered one of them... with an under three toy, I did not receive the under three toy. They charged me for two juices instead of one before I got myorder, the lady tried to hand me two juices and being honest, I told her that oh I only had one juice and one with the water soshe took the Juicebox very rudely back and handed me a cup of water when it?s a bottle of Water. So I sat there and waited formaybe 5 to 10 minutes for my order to be ready which she did not tell me that they were making or that it was an issue becausethere were no fries. OK that?s fine, I get ir, I know they get busy I understand. I also work in customer service but I alsobelieve in being nice to the customer so I read my receipt and saw that they charged me for two juices. She was standing withher back to me so I couldn?t ask her for the other juice because if you?re going to charge me for two juices, even though I askfor a water, I would like the second juice so finally, she hands me my food and I said excuse me, ma?am it says here that youcharge me for two juices can I please have the other juice so she handed it to me quite rudely and said OK whatever. It's McDonald's but they had clean environment good service and it was a good atmosphere
I mostly go here after picking my son up from school. My son is obsessed with eating inside instead of going through the drive... through. So we go inside order and eat. He has fun and I'm happy seeing him smiling. They might mess up an order randomly,but not often, and they fix it without question every time. Read more
Shorted me 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits, and an order of hot cakes, last visit shorted me 3 breakfast burritos. Spending over... 20 dollars both visits, not acceptable, not happy. Read more
Of course the food is good ???? BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. Lazy and rude. Lady at the window told my mother-in-law that... there was no lids for the frappuccinos. And my mother-in-law was like "seriously?" ???? And then the lady was like "well, Iguess I can go grab one out of the box." Are you ppl serious?! And the person who takes the order is always in such a bad mood,seems like they have an attitude. which I could get by but this is supposed to be a job where you're supposed to have goodcustomer service skills. The service today was not up to par at all I waited too long for a big breakfast when it came it was cold when they remade it... they told me only takes 3 minutes I waited almost 14 and the condiments that was supposed to be on the tray ...that I told herthat I had before, and the attitude was kind of stank.... so, it's really all Hispanics that work here and that's not a problembut I think they may have a little bit of a problem when it comes to dealing with it African American people. So everytime i come, this lovely lady is taking my order. Not only does she make my day each time but she excells at customer... service. Everyone there is extremely nice and the food is never dissapointing. Thank you Amber and the rest of the mcdonaldscrew for making my breakfast/lunch enjoyable. Read more
Managers have zero customer service skills and are rude most of the time. Got yelled at for saying they forgot part of my order.
