UPDATE OCTOBER 2022. I ordered a Big Mac here and only got one beef patty on it. I guess I should consider myself lucky I got... any at all? And apparently ranch is an acceptable substitution for sweet and sour for 40 chicken nuggets. It's a circus attimes. 2 Big Macs were lame, like past their time. 40 chicken nuggets, dbl cheeseburger and crispy chicken swch were good.Fries so so. Big Macs really sucked. Read more
This McDonald's is always busy. So I am upset that my fries were old and burnt tasting. I sat in the drive thru longer than I... should have and dont understand how this is even the case. If you are that busy the fries should be hot and crispy. I wish Iwould have taken a picture to call back and show the manager. uggggk. Read more
The drive through line is very long at this location on a Thursday afternoon. However, dining in is much faster if you want to... avoid the rush. The play place at this location was very clean and nice for my kid to enjoy. Food was freshly made and frieswere cooked perfectly. Read more
The only saving grace for this review was the absolutely FANTASTIC employees, but unfortunately that is the expectation. The... manager that was working did not meet the expectations for good customer service. I had made a special request on my order andthey not once, not twice, but three times made my order wrong. I'm pretty easy going until given a hostile attitude by themanager. The first and last time I will be stopping at this franchise unfortunately. Check your ego and exude the tenets ofcustomer service, or find a new job. If I was your gm and I witnessed the manager's lack of professionalism that was exhibited,you'd be fired. Read more
Parked, walked up, greeted by a locked door and no signage visible let alone from the parking lot. My truck doesn't like to... idle for too long so I always go inside to order. Would be nice to have some other way than pulling on a locked door to findout that the lobby is closed, maybe a big sign so that I didn't even have to park and I could find someplace else to eat... Honestly I am one to never write reviews cause they?re pointless especially for an establishment like this. But I was... surprisingly impressed tonight. I ordered the 13 chocolate chip cookies through Uber Eats and they were the most freshestcookies ever. Literally took the first bite and the chocolate was still warm and at a perfect temperature. 10/10. Read more
Every time I go to this location the short me a burger or leave out another item. They never get it right. Would not recommend.... Found a black and blonde hair in my food. Also burgers were drowned in mayo and onions. Fries were horrible with no salt andold. Read more
I would normally go here since it is so close, but I stopped for several reasons. They take long, get the order wrong 1 out of 3... times, and drive thru attendants don't listen. You have to repeat yourself several times. Go to the one on FM 2920 and TombalParkway 249, they have better service. Read more
