When I drove through Tomball earlier this week I didn\'t expect to see a food truck food court. I knew I had to stop in and... check it out. Not only was the owner friendly and informative, but he gave us recommendations on what was good. (Plot twist, itwas ALL good.) The Boudin Balls are deep fried, with crunchy outer shell and a soft meat, rice, cheese, and spices interior.Dipped into the sauce that comes with all the flavors and textures meld into delicious melt-in-your-mouth perfection. We alsohad the Creamy Shrimp Queso Meltz (a quesadilla) and y\'all I almost moaned at how good it was. RICH and CREAMY with the mildflavor to offset the Shrimp, I was so happy.
