If I could leave zero stars I would. My family visited MOD on May 21. They were having issues with their credit card machines... and tried running our card 5 times. The young man told me ?Don?t worry about it, we will just comp your meal, thanks for yourpatience.? Well two days later those five swipes showed up on my bank statement, totalling over $300. They refunded two of thosepayments immediately, but here it is almost two months later and MOD has yet to rectify this. I have sent multiple emails andmade multiple calls and gotten nowhere. So be careful with your money at MOD, they seem to have no problem stealing from theircustomers! Read more
They state you can build your own pizza how ever you want. This is not true. When you ask for your pizza to be built a certain... way, you get told no. I will never come back to Mod. Honestly there are better pizza places that are way friendlier and thetoppings on your pizza are actually cooked not still raw. Read more
With my girlfriend Pamela we Love MOD Pizza. We travel full time in our RV and are currently winterizing in Tomball so we made... this Mod Pizza location our "base restaurant' we visit mostly in the evening times. The Service Experience is always awesome andthe young people preparing our food are just great to us and they never forget yell out loud Hi as we walk in when and bye whenwe leave. As always, the pizza was made to order and tasted absolutely wonderful! The only reason they didn't get a five-star is because... one out of their two beers on tap was blowing nothing but foam and rather than trying to fix it, they just offered me a regularsoda. The associate was nice enough to say don't worry about it. You don't owe us any extra money which is funny because thebeer is $2.50 more, but I will always recommend MOD Pizza for its fresh ingredients , wonderful service, friendly staff, andsuper tasty pizzas! This place is awesome and kind hearted. (Even when they are not open yet.) The "No Name Cake" is so delicious, it tastes better... than the Hostess Ding Dong. Visited on Christmas Eve with my husband! Greeted very loudly when we entered, the pizza makers were friendly and entertaining,... very positive atmosphere. All of this would have kept me coming back on it own, and then I ate my pizza. I don?t think any otherpizza is going in my mouth again. The dough, the sauce and the cheese is perfect. They know how to add the right amount oftoppings. I love this place, it?s super trendy and amazing. Read more
