Panda express is literally the best. I love their food so much. Getting fortune cookies is always a lot of fun. The place has a... great atmosphere. When we came by the other day they were just about to close but all of the workers were super kind andfriendly. They all greeted us and were very welcoming. I took my food to go so that they could close in peace. Just before weleft, they gave us the last of their chow mein. I could not have been happier. The did not need to do that but they did anyways.What a great staff. ????Definitely go there when you get the chance. Read more

My office received a family feast for 20 people this morning at around 11am here in Tomball , we all served our plates and just... as I tried to grab another piece of my teriyaki chicken from my plate I found an elastic band on it , besides that the food wascold and I'm pretty sure this rice is old , I don't understand how they're standards are so low , either the management needs tochange or the employee need to be trained better , this is gross Read more
I wish I could give this panda negative 5 stars . I come here alot and its always the same BS always having to wait on food.... They always run low on the popular entre's. First thing I saw when I opened my box. I went ahead and threw it away. I usually don't complain but I cannot do hair.
They claimed that they had NO RUNNING WATER. Therefore, there wasn't any tea or soda, only bottled drinks at $2.50 per drink.... Additionally, they didn't apply my coupon to the order overcharging me. I thought it was against the law for a restaurant to beopen with no water. Read more
Tonight I was very disappointed with this store. Normally I never have an issue but tonight it was not good. I order a large... cheese Rangoon which is 12 and we got 7. I order 2 beef dishes for my husband and it was like they were cutting back as theportions were so small, which is unusual. We didn't get any utensils, napkins or sauces. I did ask for the sauces but didn'tnotice the rest until I got home. I called to register a complaint & was hung up on as soon as I said complaint. I called right back asked for the manager & she was too busy & ask the guy who answered to take a message. It has been maybe 20 minutesso ill se. If I actually get a call. I ordered the Orange & the Sweet Fire chicken they were very good & tasty. My only complaint was the by the time I sat down 2... eat it, it was slightly above room temperature.
