Where to begin..... This location used to be a nice place to get a quick, fresh lunch but, clearly, those days are past. If I... could give negative stars, I absolutely would....... After ordering our food on one of the devices, we asked the young womanwho appeared to be the manager how we went about getting cups for ice water. She ignored me. Engrossed in researching thetransaction of another customer to determine if they'd paid for something ( I gleaned this from her conversation with anotherstaff member)..... I asked again. She never looked up and motioned with her thumb ( as she'd clearly heard me speaking) toward astaff member standing there who finally gave us two cups..... No words were exchanged between us and either one of theseemployees. Ok... We let it go and get our water. Sit down and wait for our lunch....The Young man who brought it out was politeand prompt. Maybe we're on a better track?? Oh how wrong.... My Mom ordered a soup that was supposed to contain wild rice. Couldcount the grains on one hand... We just let it slide. Maybe, they didn't scoop deeply enough in the pot. Her Tuna sandwich wasquite tall because it was filled with lettuce. I opened the sandwich and removed the lettuce so she could get a bitecomfortably..... The lettuce was brown and gross. I then proceeded to look at the Chicken and Apple salad that I hadordered..... First, I think there might have been 4 very slim pieces of chicken and some of the lettuce was wilted, rottenlooking and gross.... Especially the red leaves. I took the salad to the counter and brought it to the attention of themanager..... She asks me why there seems to be a problem after I showed her the disgusting lettuce from my salad. I tell herthat it's gross and she wants to know if it "tasted bad or something". I told her "I certainly wasn't going to eat it. Wouldshe?" One star because I couldn?t leave zero. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I NEVER write reviews ever. BUT THIS PLACE IS GROSS. I will be... making a complaint to the health department. The floors and tables are sticky and filthy. In a nearly empty restaurant. The foodused to be good but I don?t trust it now since I got a table and a ROACH casually crossed the dining area at 5pm? makes mewonder what the place looks like at night and in the kitchen I assume it?s worse. DO NOT EAT HERE. I will never order food hereagain. Especially because it?s so over priced. I paid over $30 for a pizza and a sandwich which I wouldn?t even care about ifthe place had been clean. Dirty. Oh my goodness. Everything is dirty, and I would not have ordered food from here if I knew that. I ended up with a fly in... my drink because the drink area is disgusting. All the high chairs are dirty, there is food on the floor that has obviously beenthere awhile. The sitting area walls are gross and look like they?ve not been wiped down in forever. I am SO DISAPPOINTED inthis Panera. To top it off, the restaurant is empty. What are the workers even doing? Read more
This location is just sad. I'd be sympathetic if they were at least trying, but it's clear they are not. I ordered food for... delivery and tipped well (25%). Half my order was wrong and in the place of the missing items I received a knife from theirdining room in my bag. ?? When I called to try to correct the issue they were not at all helpful or apologetic. I'd have rated 2or 3 stars if it weren't for the bad attitude. Read more
New Customer here ! I went through the drive through an ordered a steak and cheese sandwich , frozen lemonade and Mexican Street... Corn Chowder. It took 11 minutes to receive my order , I actually receive the frozen lemonade first ?. it was warm! I am soconfused to how a frozen lemonade can be served warm . No chill to it whatsoever . The sandwich was ok but the soup was nice andhot even though there are super hard pieces of corn in it , but once you spit those pieces out , the soup is decent . tipped $3 to the lady who confidently said she had a greek yogurt mixed berry down. she did not. reordered again, she did not... know it even existed and did not know where it was on the menu. ordered a bagel. bagel was cut like the carvings of a mountain.they somehow missed the line that is given to them on the bagel to cut in half. it was nowhere near decently in half. my bagelhas stairs. the yogurt was tiny. not worth it. While waiting for my food..... I went to the restroom. I am afraid to get a bacterial infection as I see soil accumulation in... cabinets, floors, soda machines, everywhere. Even the store glass shows dirt. I am surprised how unmanaged this store is, Iwonder who sets the standards. Read more
The employees need to learn sanitation skills. Touching the wall, picking up something off the floor and then handling my bagel... without washing hands or putting on a plastic glove is unsanitary. I left without my bagel. After watching this and anotheremployee coughing over the food without covering their mouth nor did they turn their head away from food. This use to be one ofthe better Panera?s but not any longer. We waited at the counter for several moments before calling out for an employee. Read more
