The website is VERY MISLEADING when placing an online order. It says delivery would be within 25-35min, and even once you place... it, it confirms again those numbers. However, about 10min later you receive a text saying the order will be delivered through athird party which is doordash and now it?s going to be an hour! Ridiculous! Had I wanted doordash to deliver my pizza I couldhave went straight through their app, which I didn?t! Then the deliverer drops the pizza off on the front porch, again someonelacking common sense with no customer service skills, and doesn?t knock or ring the doorbell! On top of this foolishness thepizza is not pipping hot or even close, I had a topping on my pizza that I didn?t ask for and not enough of the toppings I did.I should have took the other reviews serious and past as I haven?t eaten at Pizza Hut in over 12 years and I remember why now! Ileft a tip prematurely through Pizza Hut?s website for this lazy delivery person which I wish I could dispute. I didn?t bothercalling to complain as I don?t want a credit as I?m never coming back, and suggest whoever read this and the other reviews to dothe same. After agreeing to accept thin crust as thats all they had for medium and the team member thanked us for being so understanding... you would think our order was made with that dame understanding. My "two topping" pizza shown here.. with maybe enough topping to cover 1 topping! So why did I pay extra for the same amount of... topping, just different meats?? First, the main and only pro- delivery was fast. The web app predicted that it would arrive after an hour and fifteen minutes,... but it got to the hotel in just half an hour. The delivery driver was also a super nice guy who checked with the front desk tomake sure I got my pizza when I didn't answer the door. The only problem is that I ordered an Ultimate Cheesy Crust pizza andI'm not entirely sure what went wrong. Normally it's supposed to have these cool cheesy pockets you can tear off and eatseparately, filled with that stuffed crust cheese that's super gooey. Instead, well, you know what they say - a picture isworth a thousand words. I think they must have dumped the stuffed crust cheese they put in the pockets on the whole pizza. Thisturned the pizza into a greasy mess. Add the fact that it was underbaked and you have a severe case of indigestion just waitingto happen. The pepperoni being piled around haphazardly was like the cherry on top of it all. Also, the thin crust pizza Iordered was supposed to have bacon and onions. Instead it just was double pepperoni. My tip would be to take longer with theorder to make sure it comes out right. I'd have been happier if the order had taken an extra half hour but was actually what Iwanted.
