I have very mixed emotions about this business. 1st off, depending upon the time of your experience the service will GENERALLY... be quite speedy. I personally have never had an issue with that. I HAVE had an issue with the order being made correctly ORsufficiently. I guess, like ANY eateries it depends on who's "in the kitchen". Roaches = Protein_for_FREE! Stopped in 07/24/22 for lunch, hadn't had a Schlotzsky in several years. They made it quick, we... sat...I ate half my sandwich. Spun it around to eat the other half, A FRIGGIN ROACH CRAWLED OUT. Not joking. Wife almostvomited. Took both sandwiches up to counter, girl asked what was wrong, I just pointed at the thing waving his antennas aroundlike he was being returned to his family... The guy behind the counter apologized, said they just had exterminators a couple ofweeks ago, all while the girls in the back kept making sandwiches. Nobody seemed surprised or taken aback. The Schlotzsky's near me closed last year, but today I was desperate for an original, so I had to drive to Tomball (incl paying... tolls!) to get one. The sandwich was delicious, but the Cinnabon I bought to go with it was a mistake. Pretty small for theprice and not really on par with what we get from the place itself. Read more
I really like their sandwiches! Wish they had Guacamole and not just avocado slices but still excellent anyways!
