So after being in the drive-thru for a substantial amount of time, I decided to go in. I waited patiently in the front to place... my order no one acknowledged me. When an older white male stood next to me to place his order, he was quickly acknowledged, thelady grabbed a pare of gloves and decided to proceed to take his order. Thank goodness he spoke up and let her know I?ve beenthere waiting. Let?s be real folks !!! On a slow day at Shipleys when someone is just standing at the counter with four workersin the front, they can?t miss you. They can?t say they didn?t see you!! Very rude !!! Read more

Do not eat at this location (28517 TX-249, Tomball, TX 77375) if you want your food cooked and to get everything you ordered. I... went through the drive-through and they left things off my order and the kolaches were under cooked. Please see photo. When Italked to the manager they would not make it right or refund the portion of the order that was wrong. Be warned if you stilldeside to go here and use the drive-through open everything you get and check it b4 you leave. Read more
I had called them before I got here to make sure they were open and they said they were open until 7PM. I arrived at 6:30 and... they had the lights shut off and pulled the food off the racks. I don't recommend coming here during evenings. I guess theevening shift didn't want to work. Take your money at some other Shipley's. I even knocked on the drive thru window letting themknow it wasn't time to close. Read more
Why do you constantly insist on putting hot kolaches on top of my chocolate donuts and melting the chocolate off. I will not be... back. I even asked the rude lady at the window to put in separate bags. She told me that was not her problem to worry about.What a waste. Read more
Fast service & great food! I gave this location 4 stars because upon my drive thru visit the ladies inside were all just talking... to each other. I had to wait for the lady to acknowledge me and take my money because they were just giggling and talking away.But other than that decent service and hot doughnuts! Read more
