This location is the worst location I go to in the area. 80% of the time my order is wrong [-1 ingredient is not a complicated... order] and I end up having it remade correctly. This is the only location I frequent that ever gives me any issues or badattitudes. Read more

Just came in to get my Gladiator 20oz and was told since it is Friday that I can upgrade for $1! These 2 guys working today at... 5:30pm are really good. One was cleaning the dine in area and it was very well done and the other was working the drive throughand handled my order. Both were friendly and that made my rough day better! Every single time I go to this specific location, I receive nothing but terrible attitudes. Never had a problem with other... location. Only this one. The employees make every single interaction as rude, hostile, and awkward as possible. I hardly everleave reviews but today I felt it was necessary. The drink was great but don?t come to this location unless you want to getbullied or hazed. Read more

I came in here today to get a smoothie and the girl working in there needs an attitude fix. I haven?t been here in a while and... forgot my drink name so I told them the flavors and she names it, and I still wasn?t sure if it was it, but was going to get itanyway. And she goes ?Well that?s all we have in that flavor? in a terrible tone and then acted like she hated her job while shemixed my drink, and just put the drink on the table with no comment, no greeting, no nothing. I usually give good tips to theworkers at places like this since they are high school kids but I refuse to tip workers that have terrible customer serviceskills from the start. I used to work in customer service and no matter how bad of a day you?re having, you NEVER treat thecustomer with disrespect and attitude! If I were her boss, she?d be gone on the spot! Read more
