Me and my husband came to your location this evening at 6:15pm.Weve always received good service from previous Sonic... restaurants. I couldn't believe what happened at this location . The order was incorrect and the server (Saria),needed to bringus another tatertot. We lierly waited another 10 minutes for that tatertot and was charged for it!! Just had the Best Pretzel it was toasty and so fresh with a Dr.Pepper so happy made my day with this Sonic ????
I went earlier in the day and I got a chicken tender dinner combo meal with a strawberry lemonade, the food was terrible and the... drink wasn't right I returned later on in the day to at least get my drink made right and the young lady who came out was askingme about the receipt and I told her I didn't have it but I could show her my bank statement I also I had the drink and the foodwith me for proof. I looked forward to going to Sonic. Unfortunately this is not happening as much. Since the went with online ordering you wait... longer and longer. They clear your order then forget it. Food gets cold. Drinks water down. They get mad when you ask. Burgersare clearly pre cooked and warmed on the grill but not enough to melt the cheese.
