I came inside as the line was pretty long. I order a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and the guy asks me ?a pepper Jack?? Confused... I say yes the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo.. he says ?we have no combo only Pepperjack..? He finally understands what I?masking for. I get that a chicken wrap and a 12 piece nugget. Go to my car and the nuggets are missing.. I go inside and let himknow and he says ?did you check the entire bag?? I said ?yes that?s how I know they are missing..? He goes up to the manager andthey are talking like they are suspicious that I am lying.. I?m a healthcare worker here in Tomball.. im not out here stealingand trying to rip off Chick-fil-a.. I want what I paid for. He gives me my 12 piece nuggets and I get no apology. Verydisappointed. This was around 2:30 today. I really feel like the way I was treated today needs to be resolved. I?m giving it twostars because I?ve been here a few times and never had an issue.. I will consider changing my rating if this is resolved. Read more
