Didn?t put lid on. Spilled iced coffee all over. $20 for 2 drinks and the lid wasn?t on. I?m so upset. Check your lids. 10-27-22... update: Decided to give it another try and I was pleasantly surprised. I got a caramel frap that was delicious. Drinks are good, food is... well, standard Starbucks quality lol. They have great service. The biggest knock against the... facility (and there's little they can do about it)? The traffic jam during normal coffee-getting hours. Not uncommon to findyourself halfway in the road at the back of a line lol Read more
The Starbucks drinks we get here are just made better than other Starbucks we've been too besides one other location. This place... never disappoints and the people are kind and friendly. My partner and I are always please with the taste of our perfectlyblended and well made with the perfect rate of our frappes. Read more
I go to many Starbucks locations, and this one did my order best. I always get the Mocha Cookie Crumble, and here it was picture... perfect. The cashier was very kind and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I certainly recommend. Read more
I?m a frequent Starbucks customer, so I visited this one for the first time. Mobile ordering was down so I had to wait. In the... drive thru, I specifically asked for an iced drink. The barista hesitated, was silent, then told me it?s all set. I get metwith a hot drink at the window. And a shrug ?I don?t care? attitude from the barista when I told her it was wrong and I askedfor iced. She said ?that?s all the matcha we have so you want something else or what?? No, I want what I ordered very clearly.Especially when it is 103 degrees outside, does it look like I want a hot drink? Pretty disappointing, especially since wasn?teven busy. Read more
