bland drinks and bad customer service

Great and speedy service. Drinks were great!

Great customer service. I appreciated the manager for noticing a request included in the name I use on my registered Starbucks... card. This led to a conversation about a modifier that isn't included on the Starbucks application. The manager let me knowthat my modifier is going to be added on the next app update. I appreciated the information...... however when the applicationdid update, the long awaited modifier wasn't added. Either way, the service was quick and friendly! Read more

Jon was amazing! He provided great customer service and helped us with our selection.

I have no complaints with this Starbucks. The staff is friendly, there is rarely a wait, and my drinks have yet to be wrong.... Only downfall is that this location is built inside a Target. As such, you have to go into Target to get your coffee. Although,Starbucks are down the street from each other so you have the option of going on the other side of 249 to an outlet location.Overall, good experience though. Read more
