Was here visiting family and stopped to try and get a fast drink. Services was poor at best. Julie was busy talking to others... and not fixing drinks. Would not suggest going to this location if you are in a rush or want to feel valued. Read more

Never had a problem with this Starbucks with other employees till today. I asked for a certain product and this product contains... no coffee, yet its hot. She asked me if I wanted it cold or hot??? What is the difference I asked? One has ice and the otherdoesn't was the reply. I thought how weird to ask me that question when obviously it is a hot beverage, no ice involved. So Itold her again what I wanted. Thought she got it right. Got home and it was coffee. Took it back and the other employee was veryimpolite not apologizing at all for the mistake. Made it sound like I ordered the wrong thing, but made me what I wanted, buthad to tell me that as long it is made right like you wanted doesn't matter, basically.
