The staff is always nice and I never have any issues with my order at this location. 10/10 recommend.

The current manager at this store is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She consistently gets my order wrong... and openly speaks ill of me to myself and her co-workers with each visit. So?I was attempting to order through the app, but they did NOT have the sandwich/options my daughter wanted on the app so I had... to call in our order. When I called I told the lady that I tried to order through app but the sandwich we wanted wasn?t anoption on the app. She said ?There is nothing wrong with the app!?. Then I just told her that I?d appreciate it if she couldtake my order via phone and my husband will pick up. She reluctantly started taking our order?two sandwiches in she sighed andsaid ?Hold on, I have two customers to help!?. Put me on eternal hold and then came back as I was ordering my last sandwich shesaid ?The app is working now, it must be your phone!?. I continued to explain to her that the app was working fine, however, itdid not have the sandwich we wanted on the app. Anyways, she finally finished taking our order. As she was taking our order viatelephone, my husband was in the store placing his order and she was complaining about me calling in the order to him, notknowing she was talking about his wife. Stop in one day to grab a sandwich before work. Was really clean inside and nicer looking then most subways. And the sandwich... makers were pretty fast as well. Read more
